Going to college, pursuing certifications and advanced degrees, securing a “good” job with a “good” title, and “good” salary, starting a family or delaying the start of one until “you’re ready”…only to look up and feel a sense of disconnect..misalignment…and worse impenetrable unhappiness. About Nia
I help senior level professional women that have done everything “right” by cultures standards, but still feel an ever present disconnect from their true selves, learn how to get unstuck, and create a new and authentic identity so they can finally be free of perceived limitations and enjoy holistic alignment in all areas of their lives.
The initial inspiration for this work, my message, and the transformation I help catalyze via my way of being, has been the case study of my own life.
